I LOVE this place! The staff is courteous and prompt at every one of my appointments. The nail designs are gorgeous with long lasting time without chipping or lifting.

I went to Phoenix Nails yesterday to get a new full set since my previous set was over grown! There was a new nail tech named La that just started and it was his first day. From start to finish he made my whole visit the best visit I had at Phoenix nails so far. Extremely funny, held a great conversation, very knowledgeable, and even told me what I could use to help my dry hands since I wash my hands A LOT! I show him a picture of the length, shape, and style of the nails I wanted and told him I wanted to keep my real nails with just the acrylic over my nails. La went above and beyond and my nails are EXACTLY the way I wanted! I will for now on be booking with La for all my nail appts. I highly recommend getting your nails done by him! The other nail techs are great too. He is just my new favorite!

I absolutely love Lana, the lady I got today! So sweet, and had great recommendations. The base I picked originally was to light, she recommended another one , and asked me if I would like a little shimmer. It’s perfect, not to much at all . This is my most favorite set iv ever had. I had them add notes to my profile for exactly what we did so I can do it everytime. I’m gonna start calling ahead to make sure she is here. Everyone everywhere always leaves clumps under the nail . She was so precise on her clean up. And they gave me a free lotion for Christmas!!! And they play the cutest/funny pet videos. They give you drinks . And a warm aromatherapy neck wrap . Soo relaxing , I love this place !
